Custom tabs carry a setup cost — plates, die setup, and makeready are roughly the same whether you print 25 sets or 500. Resellers solve that with high minimums; manufacturers can solve it with honest small-run pricing instead. Because we run the presses ourselves, a 25-set order is simply a short run on the same equipment, priced with the setup shown transparently in your quote.
