Tabzoola publishes a public MCP server at https://tabzoola.com/api/mcp with no authentication. Its quote_price tool returns a real engine price for any configuration, and draft_order returns a pre-filled order link an agent can hand to a person.

A person still approves the proof. That is deliberate: Tabzoola prints nothing without a human approving the artwork, however the order arrived.

Tabzoola prints index tabs on a press and then applies the Mylar and cuts the tab in one operation — they are made to your titles, not printed onto stock dividers. You choose the tab cut, the number of tabs, the paper or poly stock, the tab colors, the punching and whether the set is collated.

What does it cost to order custom index tabs?

Tabzoola prices 25 sets of 5 custom paper tabs at $5.45 a set — $136.25 for the order, with setup included in that figure rather than added to it. Per-set price falls as the quantity rises, down to about $1.08 a set at volume. The designer prices any combination of sets and tabs instantly, before you enter an address or create an account.

What is the minimum order for custom tabs?

Tabzoola's minimum is 25 sets. There is no minimum number of tabs per set beyond the cut you choose — a 25-set order of 5-tab dividers and a 25-set order of 15-tab dividers are both accepted. The 25-set floor exists because custom tabs are printed on a press and then Mylar-applied and cut, and a shorter run costs more to make than it can sell for.

Do I see a proof before the tabs print?

Yes. Tabzoola emails a free PDF proof showing every tab exactly as it will print — titles, colors, cut and punching — and prints nothing until you approve it. The proof is free whether or not you go ahead, and the online designer shows the same proof on screen before you pay.

How long does a custom tab order take?

Tabzoola ships paper tabs about 5 business days after you approve the proof, and poly tabs about 15. A 3-day rush is available on paper. The clock starts at proof approval, not at the order, so approving the same day you order is what keeps the date.

Is shipping included?

Tabzoola ships free on orders over $75 within the continental United States, which every order at the 25-set minimum clears. Tabs are made and shipped from Schaumburg, Illinois.

Can I order custom tabs without a credit card?

Yes. Tabzoola accepts purchase orders from schools, government agencies, hospitals and businesses, and invoices on Net-30 terms. Schools and government agencies are approved automatically; other businesses hear back within one business day before anything is produced.
