Terms & Ordering Policy

Everything we sell is manufactured to your specification — your text, your colors, your options. That makes your tabs uniquely yours, and it also means they can't be restocked or resold.

After you order, we email you a PDF proof showing exactly how your tabs will print. Production does not begin until you approve the proof. Review every tab carefully — spelling, order, colors, and cut. The approved proof is what we print: once you approve, the order is considered correct as shown.

• Before proof approval: changes and cancellations are free — just reply to the proof email or call us. We want the order perfect.
• After proof approval: production begins and the order can no longer be changed or cancelled.

Because every order is custom made, we can't accept returns of correctly produced orders that match the approved proof.

If we made an error — your tabs don't match the approved proof, or there's a manufacturing defect — we will reprint your order or refund it, our choice, at no cost to you. Contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

Prices are shown as you configure your order and confirmed at checkout. Payment is processed securely by Stripe at the time of order. No sales tax is added at checkout — the price you see is the price you pay.

On orders shipped within Illinois, we pay the Illinois sales tax ourselves. It is covered by the price shown, is never added at checkout, and is not billed to you afterwards.

We are not registered to collect sales tax in any other state and add none to your order. Where we do not collect it, you may be responsible for any sales or use tax owed in your own jurisdiction.

Orders of $75.00 or more ship free via UPS Ground to the lower 48 US states. Orders under $75.00 ship via UPS Ground for $19.95. Need it faster? Contact us before ordering to inquire about expedited options. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO addresses may require additional charges — contact us before ordering.

Typical production is about 5 business days for paper tab orders and about 15 business days for poly tab orders, measured from proof approval. Rush production is available on many orders for an additional charge — contact us before ordering to inquire. These are good-faith estimates, not guarantees — if your date is critical, call us before ordering and we'll tell you honestly whether we can hit it.

You're responsible for the text you put on your tabs and you confirm you have the right to use it. We may decline orders containing unlawful content.

Our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order — remedied by reprint or refund as described above. We aren't liable for indirect losses such as missed deadlines or lost profits.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
