Privacy Policy

We collect only what we need to make and deliver your tabs:

• Order information — your name, email address, shipping address, and phone number, collected at checkout.
• Your tab designs — the text, colors, fonts, and options you choose, so we can print your order and send you a proof.
• Account information — if you create an account: your email address and a password (stored only in securely hashed form — we cannot see your password).
• Cookies — a cart cookie that remembers what you are building, and a session cookie that keeps you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Payments are processed by Stripe, a leading payment provider. Your card details are entered on Stripe's secure payment page and go directly to Stripe — we never see or store your card number. Sales tax is calculated by Stripe based on your shipping address.

• To produce, proof, ship, and support your orders.
• To send transactional emails — order confirmations and PDF proofs — delivered through our email provider, Resend.
• To respond when you contact us.
• To keep records we are required to keep for business and tax purposes.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not send marketing email unless you ask us to.

We share information only with the service providers needed to run the store and fulfill your order: Stripe (payments and sales tax), Resend (transactional email), Cloudflare (website hosting), and our shipping carriers (e.g. UPS, to deliver your package). Each receives only what it needs to do its job. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Order records (including your tab designs) are retained for business and tax purposes. Account information is kept while your account is active.

• You can order as a guest — an account is not required.
• You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you (we may need to keep records of completed orders for legal and tax reasons).
• You can clear our cookies at any time in your browser.

Our website is a business-to-business printing service and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

If we change this policy, we will post the updated version here with a new effective date.
