Tabzoola publishes what people actually print on index tabs: the most-ordered tab titles and complete tab sets from 68,984 printed tabs on 5,823 jobs for 804 companies, 1996–2026,drawn from the production records of Tabzoola's own plant, Anselmo Die & Index in Schaumburg, Illinois. A title is listed only when three or more different companies ordered it, so nothing here identifies a customer.
What 30 years of orders say
- The most common worded title is Miscellaneous, ordered by 97 different companies, then Insurance (93) and Correspondence (71).
- Plain numbers beat every word: a tab reading 1 was ordered by 73 companies, and the 1–10 set is the most-ordered complete set (19 companies), ahead of 1–5 (18).
- Estate planning binders are built from the same few sections: Trust (15), Will (15), Power of Attorney (14), Living Will (12), Certificate of Trust (12), Estate Planning (18).
- Patient charts: Progress Notes (37), Medications (14), History & Physical (12), Lab (17), X-Ray (17), Physician Orders (9).

Method
- Source: the job records of Anselmo Die & Index, the plant that makes every Tabzoola set. Each printed tab is stored with its exact wording; this page reads 68,984 of them, from 15,568 banks on 5,823 jobs placed 1996–2026.
- Titles are compared after trimming spaces, quotes and trailing punctuation; the most common capitalization is shown. “Misc” and “Miscellaneous” are counted separately because they were ordered separately.
- “Companies” counts distinct companies, with an account's many offices counted once. That is the ranking key, so one large account cannot push its own section names up the list.
- Only titles ordered by 3 or more companies are published. Brand names, store and building names, and one client's software-training chapter headings are removed. Quantities, prices, customer names and job dates are never published.
- Generated 2026-10-08. The file is regenerated after large batches of orders; the date is printed so the figures can be judged for age.

Can anyone be identified from it?
No. A title is published only when at least 3 different companies ordered it (an account with many offices counts once), and brand names, store names, building names and one client's training-manual chapters are removed. Order quantities, customer names and dates of individual jobs are never published.
