Paper tab orders typically produce in about 5 business days, and poly (plastic) tab orders in about 15 business days, measured from the moment you approve your proof. Rush production is available on many orders for an additional charge — contact us before ordering to inquire.

Yes. After you order, we email you a PDF proof showing exactly how your tabs will print. Nothing goes into production until you review and approve that proof, so you can check every tab's spelling, color, and order first.

Yes. You approve a free PDF proof before anything is printed, and we stand behind that proof: if your tabs don't match the proof you approved, or there's a manufacturing defect, we'll reprint your order or refund it at no cost to you — just contact us within 30 days of delivery. Because every set is custom made, we can't accept returns of correctly produced orders that match the approved proof, so reviewing your proof is the moment to catch anything.

For color, use one color per section and keep neighboring tabs high-contrast so a section is findable at a glance; color-code consistently across every set. On Tabzoola tabs the color is the Mylar tab (19 colors on reinforced paper) or the whole poly divider (11 colors), and each tab in a set can carry its own color.
